Project Details:

This project, located in Avoyelles Parish, involved the widening and reconstruction of 4 miles of existing roadway.   It began with clearing and grubbing, and the removal of structures and obstructructions. The project also consisted of saw cutting of existing roadway, removal of existing cross drain, and installation of new cross drains. After completion of cross drains, the project proceeded to milling and asphalt operations. The sourth bound work was completed first, followed by northbound, then permanent striping and final dressing and seeding.
