GCC Achieves Milestone at Harrisonburg Bridge Project
The Harrisonburg Bridge project consist of the construction of a new 3,275 foot concrete bridge, built south of the existing bridge over the Ouachita River at Harrisonburg, Louisiana. The completed project will reflect a 98 foot continuous unit with steel composite girders stretching across the Ouachita River.
In October of 2016, a GCC milestone was reached on our project; the Ouachita River Bridge at Harrisonburg, Louisiana in Catahoula Parish. We safely and successfully placed 980 feet of heavy iron in the air!
